Background: Born in 2353 onn the Trill homworld as Kaydlen Andry.
Kaydlen is the youngest of 3 children. Her brothers are Jessen , 32, a writer
with a wife & 2 children & Del, 29, a trader & pilot. She
is the only person in her family to be joined. Her father pushed for
his children to become joined. He had applied to the commission
as a young man, but was turned down. Her parents, Tauren
& Kamali are a teacher & linguist respectivly.
Kaydlen was a very bright child. She was in accelerated classes throughout
school. She spent her time studying & playing games
& building models with her brothers. Her family would have 'cultural
nights', where dinner was from a specific world & dinner conversation
was in a correponding language. A little gagh & blood pie over Shakespear
in "the original Klingon" for example. Theirs was a happy family &
they were well taken care of. The children were all encouraged to persue
their dreams.
For her 15th birthday, Kaydlen recieved her acceptence papers from the Symbiosis
Commission. She began the initiate prgram soon after. While
there she studied history, the sciences, exceling in spacial mechanichs
& propusion theory. She was also an avid gymnast, even winning a
few local awards.
When she was 18, Kaydlen became joined. The joining opened realms
beyond imagination to the girl. At 18 she was barely aware of
who she was & now she had 5 constant companions. It took some time
adjusting, but she's managed to integrate her previous hosts. She has
picked up a few new quirks along the way though. After being joined
she became ambidextrous; four of her previous hosts were left handed, she
was right. Her third host, Etana, was an artist & gifted her with
drawing ability. Jayden was quite an outdoorsman & visited several
'points of interest' as he called them, throughout the galaxsy & bestowed
upon her his passion for rockclimbing. Her last host Neila, wrote holo-programs
& brought her interest to Kaydlen. Devi was an engineneer &
furthered Kaydlen's interest in the subject, cynching her career path
& Mina a fan of old Terran fantasy novels & passed this
love onto the following hosts.
In the Academy she roomed with a Bajoran who upon graduating was assigned
to the USS Bonaventure. They still keep in contact & are friends.
Her favorite classes were with Proffesor O'Brien. The Irishman was getting
on in years, but still knew how to make a engineneering principles &
dry facts come to life.
After graduation she was assigned to Jupiter station. She learned
the ins & outs of holo-design. She even got to help write a few
sub-routines along side Dr. Zimmerman's original EMH. She thought 'The
Doctor' was not only an amazing piece of technology, but also an amazing
man.
After a year with the design team she transferred to McKinley Station to
persue her first love, engineneering. She got to see starships form
designboards to launch. There she learned the intricacies of starship
design & the finer points of propulsion.
Kaydlen has recently been reassigned as the transwarp specialist of the
Enterprise-F & promoted to Lt. (j.g.)
Personality profile: Kaydlen is a bright personable girl. She
adapts easily to different cultures & can work well in a group.
She is very thorough & determined in her work.
Special notes: She's ambidextrous. Due to her joining, Kaydlen sometimes
exhibits odd, out-of-character behaviour.

for critisizing her engines.

Olympus Mons!'. Liked Italian food.
